Solà's house is a small flat built within a lotting plan. The building is made up by different staggered parallelepipeds (in various levels). From a formal point of view the construction is composed by pure intersected volumes that give formal complexity as a whole. The living-kitchen at the ground floor is the core of the house and looks out over a shaded area. From this place it's possible to access to two bedrooms with annexed bathroom or to an area with a bathroom and a laundry.Wide windows contribute to open up the space outwards. The external stairs, illuminated from above, bring to another bedroom with direct access to the solarium.
